1. FREE 2-Week Quality Assurance Inspection

1.1 Quality Assurance Check

We offer a FREE comprehensive inspection 2 weeks after completion of any major service including vehicle wraps, ceramic coating, or paint protection packages. This inspection is mandatory and all warranty is void if not completed within 31 days of product application.

1.2 What’s Included

Complete visual inspection of all work performed, identification of any potential issues, minor touch-ups if needed (at no charge), and peace of mind that your investment is performing perfectly.


2. Vehicle Wrap Warranty

2.1 Coverage Period
3-5 Year Coverage: 3 years for standard vinyl wraps, 5 years for premium material applications.

2.2 What’s Covered

  • Premium vinyl material defects and manufacturing flaws
  • Adhesive failure under normal driving conditions
  • Color fading or UV degradation beyond manufacturer specifications
  • Peeling, lifting, or bubbling at edges due to installation issues
  • Installation workmanship defects
  • Cracking or premature shrinkage of materials

3. Ceramic Coating Warranty

3.1 Coverage Period
2-9 Year Coverage: Warranty period varies based on Ceramic Pro package selected and application level.

3.2 What’s Covered

  • Coating delamination or complete failure
  • Loss of hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties
  • Significant reduction in gloss or optical clarity
  • Chemical resistance failure under normal conditions
  • Application defects or installation workmanship issues
  • UV protection degradation beyond product specifications

4. Detailing Services Warranty

4.1 Coverage Period
30-90 Day Coverage: 30 days for standard detailing services, 90 days for paint protection and ceramic coating packages.

4.2 What’s Covered

  • Paint correction work durability and finish quality
  • Interior protection treatment effectiveness
  • Coating application issues or premature failure
  • Overall finish quality and appearance concerns
  • Product performance failure under normal use conditions
  • Workmanship satisfaction guarantee

5. What’s Covered Under All Warranties

5.1 Material Defects Manufacturing defects in vinyl, ceramic coatings, or other products used in your service.

5.2 Installation Workmanship Any issues directly related to our installation, application, or preparation processes.

5.3 Premature Failure Product failure that occurs significantly earlier than expected under normal use conditions.

5.4 Manufacturer Defects Coverage for defects in products manufactured by our trusted suppliers and partners.


6. What’s NOT Covered

6.1 Damage and Misuse

  • Damage from vehicle accidents, collisions, or impacts
  • Vandalism, intentional damage, or abuse
  • Damage from improper vehicle care or maintenance
  • Exposure to extreme chemicals not recommended for automotive use

6.2 Normal Wear

  • Expected wear and tear from regular vehicle use
  • Minor scratches from normal driving conditions
  • Gradual dulling over the expected lifespan of materials

6.3 Improper Care

  • Damage from incorrect pressure washing techniques
  • Use of abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals
  • Failure to follow provided maintenance instructions
  • Failure to attend mandatory 2 week quality assurance inspection

7. Warranty Activation and Registration

7.1 Automatic Coverage
Your warranty coverage begins automatically on the date of service completion. Your detailed invoice serves as proof of warranty coverage.

7.2 Registration Recommended
While not required, we recommend registering your warranty within 30 days of service completion for optimal coverage benefits and service reminders.


8. Maintenance Requirements

8.1 Care Instructions
To maintain full warranty coverage, customers must follow the care and maintenance instructions provided at service completion.

8.2 Recommended Products
Use only recommended cleaning products and techniques. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or aggressive washing methods.


9. Warranty Claims Process

9.1 Immediate Contact
Contact us immediately if you notice any issues covered under warranty. Early reporting helps ensure the best possible resolution.

9.2 Inspection Timeline
We will schedule a warranty inspection within 48 hours of your claim and provide prompt assessment and resolution.

9.3 Resolution Options
Depending on the issue, we may repair, re-apply, or replace the affected area at no charge under warranty coverage.


10. Geographic Coverage

10.1 Service Area
Warranty coverage is valid throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions where we provide services.

For warranty claims outside our immediate service area, additional travel charges may apply for on-site inspections.
